We all loved this house boat. We walked around the bayou and saw alligators. Brought some fishing poles and did some fishing. Grilled up top and enjoyed the hot tub. Best experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this boathouse. The house was very beautiful, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. The location was peaceful and quiet, which made our trip even more relaxing.
We truly enjoyed our time there and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Hopefully we’ll have the chance to come back again soon and stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay! The houseboat was lovely, well kept, and a really fun experience. The wildlife was endlessly entertaining and kayaks a huge plus for exploring and fishing.

Me and my friend’s loved our stay here! We definitely need to go on another trip back to morgan city again! The houseboat was BEAUTIFUL And the nature and wildlife around was incredible. The neighbors and locals were extremely kind.

Our family had the best time, rain or shine there was always activities to entertain all of us. Especially nice to get off devices and enjoy the games and backyard. Easy drive to every spot Waco has to offer. The beds were really comfortable and the deck was a great place to enjoy the sunset

Wonderful place to stay for our team competing. My students had a good time in the hot tub and swimming pool, while some played in the game room. Very responsive to my messages. We were able to grill and chill while in the area competing.

Loved everything about this boat! Very clean and comfortable, we did some cooking and the kitchen had everything we needed. Proximity to Mosquito bar is a plus and we loved the two alligators hanging out by the deck the whole stay. Highly recommend a night tour with Skell's Outdoor Adventures while you're in the area, it was the highlight of our trip!

Perfect, Unique space for our travelers. Carrie and her team maintain everything and are very responsive about letting you know when they will be performing routine maintenance, etc. A great experience.

We had an awesome stay here for my bachelor party. The place was clean, comfortable, and set up perfectly for a group. The hot tub was a huge hit, and the ping pong table kept everyone entertained all weekend. Plenty of space to hang out together but also relax. The host was responsive and everything was exactly as advertised. Would absolutely recommend this place for a fun group trip.
