Such a cute spot with cozy rooms and a gorgeous sun room. Our kids loved the play-shed in the back and all the games. It’s a white neighborhood and felt like home. We loved it!

Carrie’s 5 star wonderful place! Communication was excellent, the house was spacious enough for my crew of 8, and the amenities were great. Everything was clean, and both check-in and check-out instructions were simple and easy to follow. Hopefully we can stay again!

Summertime was a perfect birthday celebration on Halloween for hubby.
It’s so beautiful there and the house boat is a great experience. We definitely plan to return.

We had the best time this weekend at The Evergreen Oasis! It was the perfect place to celebrate our friends getting married also being so close to downtown Waco! It felt so cozy & everyone only had good things to say! The amenities were perfect for our group & we definitely made good use of the pool & hot tub! The hosts were friendly & responsive and check in was a breeze. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

This was the perfect place for my family and friends for my wedding weekend! This air b&b felt like home and not just a place we were staying! We had a WONDERFUL stay at Carrie’s place. Everything was amazing and honestly perfect. Very serene, clean, cutely decorated, centrally located to everything we wanted to do, and had alllll the amenities that were important to us…bonfire, pool, hot tub, fun games (love me some Jenga and Connect Four).
It is honestly one of the best (and most fun) places we have ever stayed. 5 stars across the board ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Carrie went above and beyond! She was very responsive and gave us an exceptionally early check in. Stop waiting and BOOK NOW!
